Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern your entire relationship with the service.

Account Creation & Security

All actions under your account are presumed to be authorized by you. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permitted Use

You must not attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt operations. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

User‑Generated Content

All content you submit remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, distribution, and display. You represent you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any related third‑party claims.

Pricing & Payment

Access to certain premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal. You may disable auto‑renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are provided.

Service Changes

The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is owed for modifications.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded or cached materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited and may result in legal action. This clause survives termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
